Western Welcome Week, Inc. (WWW), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, reserves the right to refuse participation to any group, groups, individuals, an individual, association, business, or any other entity of any nature or type that WWW feels in its sole discretion would not further the goals of the organization, would not be appropriate considering circumstances, or might reflect negatively upon WWW, and individual or group.

Insurance
Entries with animals, i.e. horses, ponies, mules, dogs, cats, etc., will require a certificate of insurance naming Western Welcome Week as an additional insured. Application will not be processed without required insurance documentation. Western Welcome Week, Inc. is an event coordinator for the Western Welcome Week festival, and attempts to include as much of the community as possible in the events of the festival. The various views, actions, content, accuracy or opinions expressed at events do not necessarily represent those of Western Welcome Week, Inc., its management or employees. Western Welcome Week, Inc. is not responsible for the views, actions, content, accuracy or opinions expressed by any of the community events or participants, and should not be imputed to be those of Western Welcome Week, Inc.
