Follow these 7 easy steps to pre-register to bid at the 2024 WWW Silent Auction:
1. Click on the gray button above to go to the 2024 WWW Silent Auction page. Click the blue Register to Bid button. (If you don’t see the auction, you may be on the main campaign page. Click the Auction tab at the top to go to the auction.).
2. On the next screen, choose Sign Up to create a new bidder profile for this auction, or Sign In if you’ve already created a bidder profile..
3. Fill in your details to create a new account, or sign in to your existing account using the Sign In link at the bottom.
If you are creating a new account, a verification code will be sent to your email. Enter that 6-digit code into the verification screen or click the Verify Email button in your email.
4. Set up your bidder profile and enter payment information.
• Credit card information
• First and Last Name (again)
• Shipping Address
• Click Save & Continue
5. Select your Default Auction Settings:
• Cover Processing Fees – Digital transactions incur a credit card fee. By choosing to cover the processing fee, you guarantee that 100% of your winning bid goes towards Western Welcome Week — thank you!.
• Appear Anonymous – Your name will not be displayed publicly on any of your bid.
• Click Complete Registration.
6. You are now registered as a bidder and can browse items in the WWW Silent Auction! Click the Browse Auction button to view this year’s auction items.
7. Watch your inbox for the You’re Registered to Bid email from Western Welcome Week.
When you arrive at the WWW Taste and Silent Auction, you’ll already be registered and ready to bid on your favorite items!
Purchase tickets to the Taste of WWW and Silent Auction
Advance tickets are $25 per person and can be purchased online until 6pm on the day of the event. Ticket price increases to $30 per person at the door. Each ticket includes unlimited food and beverage tastes, and fun! The Taste of Western Welcome Week features culinary delights from local restaurants; a variety of wines and beer; and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages. A $10 Designated Driver wrist band is available to buy at the door. Arrange to purchase tickets in-person (by check only) by leaving a message at 303-794-4870 or email info@westernwelcomeweek.org
